Sarah grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University’s school of business. She has lived in North Carolina for fifteen years and in coastal North Carolina for seven of those years.
Sarah and her husband, Ray, have three children and live in Ocean Isle Beach.
They are also owners of Sharky’s Waterfront Restaurant on the waterway at Ocean Isle.
